Sandra Lynne Fryhofer

Sandra Lynne Fryhofer is pursuing a JD/MBA at Yale Law School and Yale School of Management. Before coming to Yale, she spent four years at the White House and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) working on health policy and innovation efforts.
 
At HHS, Sandra Lynne led the Administration’s health care delivery system reform initiative, leveraging new technologies, care models, payment methods, and public-private sector partnerships to drive cost efficiency and increase quality of care. At the White House, Sandra Lynne served on the Domestic Policy Counsel working for the President’s health care advisors.  Before that, she was the health care researcher for the 2012 Obama for America campaign at the Chicago headquarters. 
Sandra Lynne graduated from Harvard College magna cum laude with a B.A. in Government, a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy, and a citation in Spanish. While at Harvard, she was Captain of the Harvard Women’s Varsity Volleyball Team and Managing Editor of the Harvard Health Policy Review.
 
At ISPS, she co-directs the Director’s Fellows program in domestic policy.
