ISPS Students Shine as 2018 Rhodes Scholars

Two ISPS Director’s Fellows, Riley Tillitt and Rayan Alsemeiry, are among three Yale seniors awarded prestigious Rhodes Scholarships.

Riley S. Tillitt ‘19 is a  senior double majoring in History, and Ethics, Politics and Economics. At ISPS, Riley was a 2017-18 Direcor’s Fellow. At Oxford, Riley will read for an MPP in Public Policy and an M.Sc. in Criminology and Criminal Justice.

Rayan A. Alsemeiry ‘19 is a senior pursuing a B.A. Global Affairs with a minor in Human Rights and Economics. At ISPS Rayan is currently a 2018-19 Direcor’s Fellow. At Oxford, he will pursue an M.Phil. in International Relations.
