Previously, Annie was a Senior Data Scientist at Civis Analytics, where she developed new techniques for Bayesian message testing and optimal allocation of voter mobilization resources given heterogeneous treatment effects and variable costs. She’s a frequent speaker at political conferences and received a Rising Star award from Campaigns and Elections magazine.
