Diego Haro

Diego Haro is a senior studying Global Affairs with a concentration in economic development. He’s interested in making economics research accessible to a policy audience, especially how state governments can use Randomized Control Trials to improve welfare and affordable housing policy. In the past, he’s worked as a Policy Intern for MIT’s Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), Tobin Research Assistant for the Economic Growth Center, and public-sector consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. At Yale, Diego’s led marketing and fundraising campaigns for local nonprofits as Co-Director of UpFund’s Non-Profit Team, and currently writes for the Economic Growth Center and serves as a Branford College FroCo.
