Yale Law School Holds an All Day Conference on Insurance Exchanges

On February 8, Yale Law School held an all-day event on “Heath Insurance Exchange Implementation: Early Challenges and Opportunity.” The event was organized by the Yale Health Law and Policy Society, an organization co-founded last spring by Gabe Scheffler (LAW ’14) and ISPS Policy Fellow, and was moderated by Law Professor Abbe Gluck. Henry Aaron of the Brookings Institution was the keynote speaker.

The panels featured a wide range of speakers from different disciplines, and looked at how the exchanges worked, what the challenges were, and what it will mean for the future of health care in this country.
The event was co-sponsored by ISPS Health and Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics.
