Throughout the week of August 9, Balkinization, the popular law blog, will be featuring several posts by members of the ISPS Center for the Study of Inequality (I-CSI) “Deconstructing Ferguson” working group to commemorate and critically reflect on the one year anniversary of Michael Brown’s death.
