Baobao Zhang is a PhD student in Political Science and a master’s student in Statistics. Her research focuses the intersection between public policy and political behavior. Her past work used survey experiments to study how Americans think about coercive foreign policy. As an ISPS Graduate Policy Fellow (2014-15), she analyzed the effects of expanding Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act on electoral behavior and political attitudes. Baobao is a NSF Graduate Research Fellow and received her B.A. from Yale University in 2013.
