An Open Peer Commentary in the Special Issue on Ethics Consultation: In 2021, our healthcare system created a system-wide Center for Clinical Ethics with the goals of increasing access, sharing best practices, and standardizing ethics consultations across all hospitals within the system (Yale New Haven Health System Center for Clinical Ethics 2022).
