Visiting Faculty Research Fellowships
CSAP offers visiting faculty fellowships for scholars working on research in American politics.
Fellows spend the academic year in residence at Yale and are expected to be on campus at least four days per week. During their time at CSAP, fellows take part in the center’s activities, including regular research seminars, and contribute to an active intellectual community. In some cases, fellows may have the opportunity to teach one course.
Applicants should be actively engaged in research on American politics and must hold a current faculty appointment at another academic institution. Fellowship terms are flexible and depend on the candidate’s qualifications and available funding support.
These fellowship positions will not be available for the 2026-27 academic year.
