Lawrence H. Summers will speak about “Economic Possibilities for Our Children: The Major Economic Challenges Facing the Next Generation“ on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, 4:00-5:30pm at Sheffield-Sterling-Strathcona Hall, 1 Prospect Street, Auditorium (SSS Room 114).

Lawrence H. Summers is President Emeritus of Harvard University, and former Nathaniel Ropes Professor of Political Economy. In the past decade he served in a series of senior public policy positions, including Director of the National Economic Council for the Obama Administration from 2009 to 2011 and Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, from 1999 to 2001. He is currently the Charles W. Eliot University Professor at Harvard University.
