Meares on Reducing Gun Violence

Yale Law Professor and ISPS Resident Fellow, Tracey Meares, discussed gun violence last week simultaneously on WBEZ in Chicago and WNYC (The Brian Lehrer show).

Then on April 15, she gave the Walton Hale Hamilton Inaugural lecture, titled “Smart, Tough and Fair: Reducing Violent Crime in 60 Minutes or Less.” The lecture presented a book project by Meares and colleagues that documents and explains the efforts to address violent crime in several major American cities.
