ISPS Seeking Lab Manager

Yale’s Institution for Social and Policy Studies seeks a manager to develop and maintain a laboratory for political science experiments.
The lab manager will develop subject pools, program software for experiments, execute the experiments that are run in the lab, train faculty, and develop protocols (e.g., for IRB approval).
Desired experience and abilities:
* Previous social-science lab management
* Facility with MediaLab, ZTree, and subject recruitment software
* Programming experience: Javascript, SQL, Python
* Background in statistical computing, particularly R and Stata
* M.A. or Ph.D. in social science preferred
Compensation depends on qualifications.
