Shapiro to speak at World Economic Forum on Africa

Professor Ian Shapiro, Sterling Professor of Political Science and ISPS Faculty Fellow, will speak at the World Economic Forum on Africa 2013 at a panel on Governance Best Practices, May 8-10.
