ISPS is pleased to announce a new website, COVID-19: ISPS and Yale Social Science, a portal for and about Yale social science activities related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This website, designed by Pam Greene and Limor Peer, will feature COVID-19 research and events sponsored by ISPS. The website also showcases scholarly insight and public engagement by Yale faculty from across the social sciences; links to COVID-19 data resources and funding opportunities; links to special events on COVID-19; and information about how to find research support.

Yale faculty across the social sciences have turned their attention to key challenges of the global COVID-19 pandemic. ISPS, an interdisciplinary hub for the social sciences at Yale for over 50 years, has created this website to serve as a repository of their contributions, as a resource for continuing research, and as a catalyst for collaboration across disciplines.

“The pandemic is devastating. But crisis also spurs innovation, and I am confident we will see many important lines of social science research emerge at Yale in the coming months,” says Alan Gerber, FAS Dean of Social Science and the new Director of ISPS.

We hope that you find the site useful and informative. Please email inquiries to isps@yale.edu with the subject line, “COVID-19: ISPS and Yale Social Science website.”
