Emma Zang on Gender Equality in China

Sociology Professor Emma Zang was interviewed on BBC World News about a recent case in China, in which a court granted a woman financial compensation for 5 years of housework after her divorce. It is being considered a landmark case in the fight for gender equality in China. 

Dr. Zang answers questions about how women generally fare, culturally and economically, after divorce in China.
