Michael Pomirchy is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Yale University, affiliated with the Democratic Innovations Program at the Institution for Social and Policy Studies (ISPS). He studies American politics, with specific interests in accountability, responsiveness, and elections. Generally, his research concerns questions about how electoral considerations impact legislative behavior in office and to what extent this leads to better policy outcomes for the electorate.

Kaylyn Jackson Schiff is a Postdoctoral Associate with the Democratic Innovations program in the Institution for Social and Policy Studies at Yale University.  She is also on leave for the 2022-2023 academic year from her position as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Purdue University.
