On January 12, 2021, ISPS hosted a panel of experts in constitutional law and American politics discuss the meaning and history of the amendment, when it should be used to involuntarily remove a president, and what that would mean for American democracy.  Panelists included Akhil Amar, John Feerick, and David Mayhew with moderator Alan Gerber.
